Cancellation Policy
👉 24-Hour Notice: Cancel your booking or reschedule at no cost 👉 Late Cancellations (<24 hours): A 50% fee applies for missed sessions. 👉 No-Shows: Full session fee retained. ⚠️ Please verify your ideal pool's hours, as they may vary slightly during statutory holidays and weekends prior to booking 📍Location: Your Ideal Pool – Arrive 10 minutes early to check in at the front desk, say "adult swim" and pay for a small entrance fee, unless you have a Swim Pass
